Diamond Inspections:
We recommend every 6 months you should bring to us your diamond jewelry and have our jeweler inspect the prongs to help prevent any damage or loss of your gemstones. We will inspect and clean your jewelry free of charge but if a repair is needed, we will give you an estimate before any work is performed. |
Returns/Exchanges:
Parks Jewelers will gladly accept for return or exchange, within 10 days, any item that is in new condition. Any jewelry altered or worn is not eligible for return or exchange since it is no longer new, this includes rings that have been sized and or worn. All boxes and instructions must be included with watch returns or exchanges. Special Orders are not returnable. |
Layaways:
The initial deposit must be at least 20% of the total purchase price with the balance paid in 9 equal installments thereafter. We will return to stock any item that has not been paid on in 30 days. Any ring in layaway that needs to be sized will be sized when 50% of the balance is paid. |
Special Orders:
A 50% deposit is required before the item will be ordered and cannot be exchanged or returned. |
